This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be granted.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of artwork—especially custom, handmade, or made-to-order pieces—all sales are generally final.

However, we understand that rare issues may occur, and we are committed to resolving them fairly.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

A return, exchange, or refund may be granted ONLY under the following circumstances:

2.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect.
  • Keep all original packaging until your claim is reviewed.

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (if available)
  • A repair (if applicable)
  • A refund

2.2 Incorrect Order Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide photo evidence of the incorrect item.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Original artwork
  • Custom or personalized art
  • Commissioned pieces
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, handling, or storage

4. Return Process (If Approved)

If your return request is approved:

  1. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  2. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Orders for Ready-Made Items

Cancellations may be accepted within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.

6.2 Custom or Commissioned Art

Cancellations cannot be accepted once work has begun.

Any deposit paid is non-refundable.

7. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier when possible.
